TOOL 01 / 04
Area converter
Your area
Type a non-negative value up to 1 trillion for a precise conversion. Changing the unit keeps the same area.
TOOL 02 / 04
Tile & flooring planner
Measure the floor
The starting sizes and 10% allowance are examples. Change them for your room and tile pack. This is an area-based estimate; layout, cuts and patterns can change the order.
How it is calculated
Room areas are added together. The extra allowance is added, then divided by one tile’s area. Tiles and boxes are rounded up. Check the cutting plan with your installer.
TOOL 03 / 04
Paint quantity calculator
Your room & paint
Use the per-coat coverage on your paint label. If it only gives coverage for a complete two-coat system, ask the maker for per-coat coverage first. Primer and putty are not included.
Add your paint’s coverage to see the result.
How it is calculated
Wall area = 2 × (length + width) × height. Doors and windows are removed. Paintable area × coats ÷ coverage, plus your allowance, gives litres. The starting room sizes are examples. Actual coverage varies with the surface and product.

Home project budget
Your planned amounts
Use your own quotes or planned amounts. Blank categories count as zero. Include labour, materials, fitting, delivery and taxes in each amount where they apply. This is your planning total, not a quote from Gandhinagar Services. The reserve is adjustable.
