Start with a site visit.
We visit your home to understand the space, take measurements and discuss what you want to improve. Show us the worn surfaces, awkward storage or repairs you have been putting off. We look at the existing condition and talk through your priorities and budget before recommending the scope.

Prepare a clear estimate.
Next, we prepare an estimate based on the measurements and agreed work. We discuss labour, materials, quantities and what is included or excluded, so you can compare the options properly. If the initial plan goes beyond your budget, we can review material choices or divide the work into practical stages.
Your renovation quotation should make it clear what you are approving. Any advance and stage payments are discussed before the project begins.

Choose materials. Set the schedule.
We help you choose finishes, tiles, fittings and woodwork materials to suit daily use, maintenance and your budget. Material selection and availability inform the project timeline. We agree on a proposed start date, the order of work and an expected completion window.
We also discuss society access, permitted working hours and how the work will affect your routine. For an occupied home, phased work may be worth considering.
What you leave this stage with: Confirmed material choices and a practical work schedule.
Begin with everyone aligned.
Once you approve the scope, estimate and schedule, we arrange the professionals and coordinate the start. We agree on site access and discuss protection for the areas around the work. Civil repairs, plumbing, carpentry and finishing tasks are sequenced around the needs of your project.
You know whom to contact about progress, decisions or concerns. If opening up an existing surface reveals extra work, we discuss the effect on cost and timing before proceeding.
What you leave this stage with: A coordinated start, with a clear point of contact.
Coordinate through the final finish.
Renovation project coordination continues from start to finish. We keep the different trades aligned, discuss progress with you and flag decisions that could affect the schedule. Requested changes are reviewed with you so their cost and timing are understood.
At handover, we walk through the agreed work together, check fittings and finishes, and note any items still needing attention. We discuss how those will be addressed and confirm the final amount against the approved scope.
What you leave this stage with: A final walkthrough and clarity on completion and follow-up.
