Estimates and bookings

An enquiry is a request to discuss work, not a confirmed appointment or fixed-price contract. Availability, scope, materials, timing and price are confirmed before work begins.

Visit charges

Renovation estimates are free. A standalone carpenter or plumber visit costs ₹100, waived if you opt for the service. The actual service and material costs are separate.

Changes and payments

Any advance, stage payments and final payment should be agreed in the quotation. Changes to the work, price or schedule require discussion and agreement before proceeding.
