The short answer
Livspace may suit you if you want a branded design journey, showroom choices and modular interiors. Gandhinagar Services may suit you if you want a local, practical plan for repairs, upgrades and connected home work. Both need a clear scope. Compare your actual proposals before choosing.
Both offer home work. Their approach differs.
This guide is written by Gandhinagar Services. It compares our published offer with Livspace’s official pages checked on 12 October 2026. It is not an independent review or a claim that one team wins every job.
Livspace lists modular interiors, full-home interiors and renovation. Its official Gandhinagar page lists an Experience Centre in Sargasan. It would be unfair to describe it as only a kitchen seller or as absent from Gandhinagar.
We focus on practical home renovation, kitchen and bathroom updates, storage and connected repairs. Our turnkey page sets out a room-by-room plan from measurements through handover. Your final agreement decides what either team will do.

1. Design choices and how you want to decide
Livspace’s Sargasan page offers a place to view products and finishes and discuss ideas with a designer. This can be useful if you want to touch samples and compare a full-room look.
With us, you can start with room photos, what is not working and saved ideas. We help adapt the look to your sizes and budget. Agree what drawings, samples or extra design work you need.
Choose Livspace if its design process and product range suit you. Consider us if you want a more task-led start: keep this cabinet, fix that pipe, add storage here. Neither approach replaces a measured drawing before making fitted items.

2. New interiors, renovation or selected repairs?
For a new flat, the work may be a kitchen, wardrobes and move-in finishes. For an older home, it may also include opening old surfaces and dealing with damage. Give each team the same starting condition.
Livspace offers renovation as well as new interiors. Ask which repair and civil tasks it will include for your address. Civil work means building tasks such as tile or wall work.
Our scope covers renovation and connected carpentry, plumbing and finishing. We can discuss repair, reuse and phased changes. Ask what is sound enough to keep and what the team must inspect before confirming a price.
For GIFT City new-flat interiors, share possession status, fitted items, tower access and any builder or society rules. Do not assume an existing-home renovation package matches a new apartment.
3. Materials and changes to the plan
Ask both teams for the actual board product, thickness, finish, edge treatment, hardware and fitting model. A colour name or a “premium” label is not a full specification.
A product range can make choices simpler. A locally sourced option can also work well when the material and fitting are clear. Ask which changes are possible and whether they affect price, support or delivery.
If you supply your own tap, appliance or light, agree who checks its size, receives it, installs it and handles a fault. Split buying can save money on an item but leave a gap between teams.
4. Package prices vs the full cost at your home
Livspace’s website separates modular starting prices from broader full-home work. A starting price is not a final cost for every home. Ask for a written proposal for your rooms and selected products.
We do not publish one fixed full-home rate. Our free renovation estimate follows the agreed work, measurements, condition and materials. Ask for optional items to be priced separately.
Compare the delivered and fitted job: removal, rubbish, repairs, units, service work, delivery, taxes and touch-ups. Ask both teams to mark exclusions. A lower total is useful only when you understand what it covers.
We have not obtained matching live quotes from both teams. We do not claim Gandhinagar Services is always cheaper, or publish a made-up saving.

5. Booking, payments and design changes
Livspace’s published journey moves from meeting a designer to booking, design and execution. Check the current payment stages, cancellation terms and what becomes fixed once an order is placed.
Our published policy says renovation advances and stage payments are agreed in the quotation. There is no single fixed advance for all our projects.
For both teams, ask what each payment covers, what you can check first and what happens if you change the design. Record a new price and date before approving a change. Keep receipts and one current proposal.

6. Timelines and who joins up the work
Livspace advertises a 45-day move-in guarantee for kitchen, wardrobe and storage work, subject to terms. Do not read that as a promise for every complete renovation. Ask when the clock starts and what can pause it.
We do not advertise a single guaranteed duration for every home. We agree the sequence for the actual work, access and material choices. Ask for your project contact, updates and planned checks.
For either team, find out who confirms the site is ready for fitting. A date in a brochure is less useful than a clear plan for your property. Ask how changes, late owner decisions or hidden damage affect that plan.

7. Read warranty cover item by item
Livspace publishes warranty terms for different products and services. These include lifetime cover for listed modular categories and service cover up to three years, with conditions. The cover is not one promise for every part of a home.
Our site does not publish a matching blanket lifetime warranty. Ask us for the applicable product and workmanship terms in your quote. A maker’s product warranty and a team’s fitting support are different things.
Ask both teams what is covered, excluded and chargeable. Check the start date, proof needed and contact route. For example, ask separately about a hinge fault, a plumbing leak and damage from damp. Do not guess that the same cover applies to all three.
Use the current written terms for your exact products and order. This guide is not a warranty document for either business.

The strengths and limits to weigh
Livspace’s strengths include a branded design process, a nearby place to see choices and published warranty policies. This can suit a full new-home plan and readers who value that buying experience.
The points to check are the fit of the product range, the full scope, payment rules and the terms behind headline promises. These are buying questions, not proof that its work is poor.
Our strengths are local homeowner work, repair and reuse options, free renovation estimates and a coordinated scope. Our limits are a smaller service model, no published matching blanket guarantee and the need to confirm design deliverables and availability.
| What matters to you | What to compare |
|---|---|
| A showroom and a full design journey | Visit Livspace; ask us what samples and design help we provide. |
| Keeping good parts and fixing selected areas | Ask both to price repair, reuse and replacement separately. |
| A large turnkey job | Compare the named lead, trade scope, dates and capacity. |
| Support after handover | Compare the actual product and workmanship terms, not slogans. |
Why our approach may be right for you
Gandhinagar Services can be a good fit if you want useful changes shaped around your existing home, daily life and budget. You may need a full coordinated plan, or you may want to keep sound parts and work in stages.
For renovation, turnkey work or home interiors, send us your room list, photos and spending limit. We can discuss the scope and any design help needed before you commit. Ask us to explain our proposal beside the others.
If Livspace’s design range, terms and complete proposal fit you better, it is a fair choice. The best result starts with a team whose written plan you understand, not a winner picked by a headline.
